Head of Program Management
You will be in charge of Suunto´s program portfolio by leading a team of professionals and developing the function into next level. For an organization delivering products, this position is extremely important and gives you a great overview of the whole company.
Main responsibility areas
- Managing the company program portfolio
- Managing a team of program managers
- Developing the program operations
- Quality management inside product process
- Taking an active role in product concepting and lifecycle management
In order to succeed in this job you have:
- Academic degree from relevant technical field
- Product / program management experience from consumer products
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Understanding of high tech environment
- Fluent spoken and written English and Finnish
