SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
Would you like to join our growing legal team as a senior lawyer?
You are or have worked as an in-house counsel or in a law firm for 7-12 years. You have a demonstrated ability to negotiate and successfully close various types of commercial contracts under time pressure including ability to handle post-closing issues. You have sound experience from at least two of the following different legal fields: IPR, licensing, compliance, M&A, data protection and IPR litigation. You are used to addressing cross-border implications in contracting with multi-national partners, whether in operator business or relevant other businesses, and have wide experience from working with various jurisdictions. You have strong problem solving skills and are able to propose various solutions to contracting challenges in a continuously changing environment.
You feel at home in a multi-cultural environment and find it interesting and fun to navigate between various technical services, tools, concepts and ideas through a legal eye. You are fluent in English and maybe in other languages, due to for example having lived abroad. You want to work in a collaborative environment and are good at networking and enhancing team work. You are also service-minded and understand the role of legal department in a commercial environment. You demonstrate high integrity and reliability in all what you do.
