Merja Kaitue began her career in HRD Group's assessment unit in May 2007. She holds a Master of Arts degree in psychology and is a certified psychologist and a personal assessment consultant certified by the Finnish Psychological Association. Merja focuses on providing high-quality work and maintains customer- and business-orientation according to HRD Group's values. For several years now, she has been working with personal assessment and recruitment for different types of companies in both the private and public sector. She has worked also in developing competence models and supervisor training.
As a dynamic and active person Merja is continuously ready to develop her work even further. Her joyful and sociable spirit and repartee usually serve as a strength. Years have polished off the rough edges, although sometimes she still shows her tough side – Merja's customers have praised her custom of speaking out and offering comments that suit their environment.
Merja lives with her husband and their young daughter Klaara in Töölö. For some reason, Merja always finds herself a project in her free time, whether it's home repair or building a summer cottage – she never runs out of things to do. In addition, Merja spends her free time playing floorball in the winter and in the summer she sails, when she has time as the mother of a little girl.
